This week

Hello everyone.

We have posted this week's contents on the Harvest Hand site ( which will also post on our Facebook page.

A new entry in the box this week is Red Kuri Squash. I've included a link to recipe in this email.  I haven't tried it but it looked pretty good and will be on the menu this weekend here.  I've also cut the squash into 1 inch squares, sprinkled it with olive oil, salt & pepper, then roast it at 350 for about 30 - 40 minutes.  Quick, easy and tasty.
